Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Waking Nights)

Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker (Waking Nights) to join our team at Tanglewood, Leatherhead. You will play an essential role in providing overnight care and supervision to children and young people, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent overnight supervision and support.
• Maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Record and report nightly observations and any incidents accurately.
• Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the daytime team to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a children’s residential setting (preferred).
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality care.
