We are working with a wonderful provider who have multiple services across the Surrey area who are seeking a Registered Manager for two properties in the Surrey that we have identified for solo placements.

Whilst awaiting registration we have a separate provision in Surrey that requires managerial support in order to support the current RM so we can offer an immediate commencement if required.

Candidate essential attributes: Previous registration and proven URNs with Ofsted, Empathetic, Caring, Passionate about providing outstanding quality care to young people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Lead and manage staff, providing supervision and support to enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual children's needs, including those with special requirements such as LD, EBD, complex trauma.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care management.
• Facilitate communication with families and external agencies to promote holistic care.

Qualifications

• Proven management and supervisory experience in a childrens home setting
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Level 5 in C&YPs
• Proven URN's with Ofsted

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £75,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
